Sweat Strength is our signature full-body workout. This class will target all major muscle groups, strengthening and cardiovascular system, improve core, flexibility, and balance. The class is fast-paced, and suitable for all fitness levels. You’re gonna get sweaty. Grippy socks are required.
Strong Strength
In this class, you’ll improve full-body strength using weights and moving at a slightly slower pace than our signature class. The slower tempo will ensure that reps can be done with proper form while building muscle and increasing bone density. There will be plenty of cardiovascular benefits and you will feel the burn. Grippy socks are required.
Barre Strength
Elevate your barre class with the use of vibration technology, to make fundamental ballet and pilates movements more impactful. Barre Strength is a full-body class including micro-movements, isometric contractions, and impactful holds with occasional plyometrics for added cardio benefits. Using the Power Plate column as the stability barre you will improve your balance, flexibility, and deep core strength. Grippy socks are required.
Mobility & Restore Strength
Increase flexibility, improve mobility and improve circulation in our Mobility and Restore Strength. A combination of dynamic stretches, yoga poses, and massage will calm your nervous system, energize your body and help diminish the appearance of cellulite. Grippy socks are required.
TRX and Core Strength
The instability of TRX in addition to the vibrations of the Power Plate equals an engaging and intense 30 minute class. This full body workout is sure to help you engage (DEEPLY!) in your core and leave you feeling sweaty and strong. It’s a fun challenge!
Arms and Abs Strength
The ultimate upper-body & core workout that will leave your triceps, biceps, shoulders, and abs on FIRE. This class is low-impact and will challenge your strength and endurance. Come ready to work the muscles in your upper body. In this core-focused workout you can expect more reps for your entire upper body. Grippy socks are required.
Glutes and Abs Strength
