Once I started attending classes though, I immediately noticed how much more quickly I’d sweat from exercises that might burn in regular classes (Pilates, barre, yoga, etc.), but wouldn’t necessarily make me sweat like I was on the plate. It’s amazing how much more our muscles contract we with the help of the plates!
